UAB-Memphis
UAB looked like garbage last time I watched them when they played SMISS and Memphis is a very unpredictable one dimensional team.

WVU
Neers may lay the wood here in this spot, Huskies are pretty thin at QB and WVU has a defense that can lock down a team if they cannot mix it up with run and pass plays.


LOU
Cards at home are an absolute beast and if UNC could not shut the Cards down then I have to question if Pitt has much of a chance.


TOL
Rockets lost to CMU but the score was very misleading as the Rockets had at least three drives stall inside the 10 which resulted in either 3 points or 0. They even had a chance to win at the end as they were inside the 10 and the pass was overthrown. Give CMU credit as they are by far IMO the most improved team in the MAC. The Bobcats are riding a nice win streak but these wins have come against the bottom feeders of the MAC>


MSU
Line seems sort of low even on the road with the amount of defensive problems the Boilermakers have stopping the pass.



Rutgers
Again the line seems low since Rutgers is playing some solid ball right now and historically USF has struggled on the road but have been a demon at home.


UNC
Tough game to me both teams are hard to get a feel for so side with the home dog.


UVA
More than likely a pass for me but usually the Cavs slaughter bad non-conf teams at home.

Ind
Tough game as Hoosiers appear to be going down the tubes but you have to wonder about the Gophers state of mind after getting beat up on by OSU

IOWA
This may be a better total play since NW did not look good against Mich and Iowa is coming off a bye

Wake
Deacons are playing some good ball and Tech's offense is becoming the 2nd coming of NCST as they make stupid errors and inappropriate turnovers.

OKL

What happened to both of these teams offenses, or for the matter any offense in the SEC? I really thought Leak would flourish in Urban's offense but he looks lost.

Clemson
Pass for me, but Duke's offense is perhaps the worst in the country overall besides North Texas.

EMU
Like the live home dog here, WMU has won two in a row but they beat BGSU without Jacobs for 90% of the game and then beat a Kent team that has packed it in for the season.

CMU
Tough game since CMU is coming off a big win and NILL is coming off a strange loss to Ball St. I would have to lean towards the home dog here but NILL is capable of winning this game by 7 or more points.

BGSU
BG's defense is terrible and so is the defense of Kent so this should be a wide open game but a tough one to cap without knowing the status of Jacobs.

Navy
Tulane does not have the defensive ability to stop the option and will only stay in this game if they take a early lead and force Navy to put the ball in the air.

Arkansas
Ugly game and a pass currently for me

Impossible game to cap both teams are too up and down to get a fix on this one.

Yikes was the ISU rout of the Aggies shocking or what! I think this game will be a wild shoot out with possibly the game being decided on the last series of the day.

Possible back door here, but Miami is a pretty solid all around squad that should take care of business.

I love the Vols defense but the offense IMO does not have the weapons to stay in this game on the road.

UNLV
BYU has the offensive potential to destroy UNLV but it just seems like they struggle on the road.

Ute's seem to be down this year and I would not be surprised to see Wyo win this one by 7 points.

The Owls defense sucks but they have been able to put some points on the board lately.

Texas
Baylor did have a good defense but they have been put on the field way too long over the past few games and have to be wearing down since they lack much depth.

They usually hang around and if they lose it's usually a close one

Buffs are the best in the North IMO, but Mizzou may be able to keep this one close.

Hawks defense is awesome but they will struggle to move the ball on the Huskers and I believe that Nebraska has thoroughly dominated this series

Stanford has to be down after giving away the UCLA game and USC just has way too much firepower for the Tree's to keep this one close. pass for me!

Becareful has they have had numerous injuries on the defensive side of the ball. In certain situations they have had linebackers playing defensive ends. They have an extremely young secondary. They were very fortunate to beat Minnesota as the Gophers played a second string quarterback and the Badgers needed a blocked punt to win the game. Versus Purdue they played against a team who was making his first start. In that game Purdue dominated until they dropped a sure touchdown pass and threw an int on the next play. Then the wheels fell off for the Boilermakers. Illinois blew numerous opportunities as the final score was not indicative how close a game this really was again they were the beneficiary of a blocked punt. When they beat Michigan they were still relatively healthy and LLoyd Carr was totally outcoached. To top it all off this will be there 4th road game in the last 5 weeks. The Badgers have been lucky enough to play teams who don't rush the passer well as Stocco is very shaky when under a heavy pass rush. The Badgers skill position players are very good but the offensive line is not as good as it has been in the past and they are not very good pass blockers. This line is based on there record not the true talent level. My personal feeling is this line should be similar to the Purdue game around 14-15. I have watched every Badger game this season and everyone may have thought they looked ahead in the Illinois game to this one but that is just their talent level. I expect this line to actually go down instead of up. Good luck on your games Master Capper but this is one where I would stay away from Wisconsin. Sorry for the lengthy write up iin your thread.

no doubt. that play is based purely on "line analysis" vs. "game analysis".

of all the men i'd love to sit down and have a beer with, joepa has to be at the top of the list. i just wish i had a kid so i could send him to play football at PSU.
