I called them last summer, they called my back . . . at 3:45 a.m.

I got his name, called back to talk to the supervisor and got my problem fixed that day, somehow, luckily.

I have always had really good service from them. One of ou computers came with a bad hard drive, and they had someone out the next day with a new one to replace.

Sorry for your experience.

dawgball, I'm in Mexico.
All they wanted to do was sell me an international warranty. I sent e-mails and none were answered.

The notebook Inspiron 1200 didn't belong to me. It belongs to a 74 yr. old friend who just wanted to e-mail his family.
He got it repaired here for $450 and he just bought it in the states in May.
