Not a lot that I like early except for one:

Northwestern +3 BIG over Iowa

Who has Iowa beaten this year? Purdue?!?! This is a solid Northwestern team at home. Yeah, they ran into a great performance from Michigan but the Wildcats are very dangerous.

Will have more in the morning.

I cannot answer that question. They really have beaten nobody.

NW/Iowa is good for TV, not for betting. GL

Yeah, need a lot of luck now with Northwestern laying down in the first half.

Adding:

Tennessee +8 over Notre Dame BIG

Was hoping to get this line up to 10 but doesn't look like it will happen. Notre Dame is 6-1 ATS this year, Vols are only 1-6 ATS. Do you really think the books would hand out a reasonable number on this game given those stats and the fact that Notre Dame is a public team??? The only value is on the Vols

Arizona +10 over UCLA BIG

UCLA is 8-0 on the year, Arizona is 1-6. This line looks a little low for the squares. Don't be one of them! Arizona should keep the game interesting.

Virginia Tech -6.5 over Miami above average

Both defenses are solid but there's a huge difference IMO is the QBs who are playing this game. I'll go with Vick.

LOL, I'll take it. . . thought it was over but Northwestern blew a couple opportunities in the 3rd quarter so maybe it evened out in the end?

Hopefully Arizona can hold on up 28-7 but I've seen them meltdown before. Still looking good for now.

Anyways, not sure if anyone caught it or not, but the Stanford/USC line was bet up to 35 then hit down hard to 33.5. This is a definite wise guy move. Here's my play:

Stanford +20 first half above average play

Two reasons: First, we know that USC has had some struggles out of the gate early so to me, catching 20 when the spread is 34 holds value with a team that doesn't always come out roaring. Second, I can't see the wise guys winning their wager if USC comes out firing early. Expect Stanford to keep things fairly close in the first half.
