NC State +13 This game will play out alot like the Maryland game except with a little more defense. NC State will keep it close.
BYU -11 Blowout This line doesn't make sense to me. BYU has a pretty good team. They lost TCU by 1 and beat Colo St by 10 and Air Force by 21. They will name the score in this game. UNLV is horrible.
Duke +31 Think they have to cover at least once and why not this week. Has any team ever gone an entire season without covering a spread?

...been asking that for a few years...and never have gotten a satisfactory answer. My conclusion...nope. Start the progressive fade for or against a couple of weeks ago...and you're + $$$ with Rice, Texas... Got Purdue, Utah and the Dukies left.
