Irritates me to have to retype.....had the full card submitted yesterday and then got the infamous "lost connection" "website not responding" bs :cursin:
This will be I'm sure a much shorter version. Last week was the worst I've had at MJ's. I would have been a lot better off taking my boat down to the river for some fresh walleyes. The most painful loss was the over total in the NYG/Wash game. The Giants did their share for the game but those fuxcin Skins came up with nada. 38 points going into the fourth quarter, Washington ball first and goal and..... :cursin: And then the great outing by the Steelers took out another nice chunk out of my teasers. Hope Favre sticks it to these pussies this week. It's supposed to feel better when you vent. I'm still waiting :mj07:
Speaking of boats, I can't believe I'm on the Vikings again this week. Had them in their come back win over the Pack, and now taking them without Duante. I don't think that Brad Johnson is that much of a set back for Minnesota. He had a 'not so bad' outing against the Panthers and Culpepper wasn't exactly the qb he was for my fantasy team last year. With this year's crowned "Pervert of the Year" on the sidelines I think Brad matches up against Joey Boy very well. Look for Wiggins and the receiving corp to get some accurate passes from this wily vet. I'm also very impressed with the ability of Mewelde Moore and look for him to score more than one :scared With the Metrodome rocking I look for Mr. Harrington to have his worst day of the season. Very happy to take the point and a half on Wednesday. (the Vikes are now favored by 1)
Down in New Orleans (er, Baton Rouge) I'm once again backing the Bears. It's been a long time since us midwesterners are at least considering a Chicago victory.Kyle Orton now knows he can win on the road and should boost his confidence. Thomas Jones is a STUD and shouldn't have too much trouble against the Saints 28th ranked "d" against the run. The Bear defense has been outstanding thus far and should be able to hold this hobbled New Orleans team down enough to cover by more than the field goal.
Really impressed by the showing of the Ravens on Monday Night. Didn't think there would come a time when I'd ever put up any money depending on the performance of Anthony Wright, but I like Baltimore getting the three here. The defense will be without Reed again (and probably Lewis) But I think the league's second ranked defense against the pass will shut down Carson & Company. With last year's last second loss to the Bengels imbedded in their helmets I'm looking for them to put the clamps on Cinnci.
Panthers at a pick over the Bucs. Give it to me! Tampa Bay has hit more than one bump in the road in their recent games. Look for the Delhomme/Smith connection to outscore a sputtering Cadillac and Simms led offense.
Also playing Miami +2- and the Colts -3. Gonna try my luck again on the Giants total to go over again. Hope the niners can contribute to get the total over 41-
Min +1-
Bears -3
Balt +3

Mia +2-
NYG/SF over 41-

GL guys. Be back with some teasers before Sunday. And they won't include the Steelers :mj07:
