Good I hope so. I need USC to be favored over 7pts!

I wish USC played Alabama. USC would easily score 30 or more on that defense. Everyone is in love with that defense but I would guarantee a 30+ pt performance against Alabama. That would be sweet to take USC -18 over Bama. USC might shut them out. Lock of the century. Bama would have no idea how to defend a sophisticated balanced offense like USC. They never seen one!

I notice USC (Pac 10) is favored double digits to 3 SEC teams. Someone here at MJ's was taking a shot at USC for being double digit favorites over Pac 10 teams. :nono:

That sophisticated offense only scored 3 more points on Az St Than LSU did and LSU had more turn overs!! Stupid Comment SEC is The best football conference period. Come play in it and get banged up every week and see how good you are then!!! Thats the bottom line SEC beats each other up!! Arkansas weakest offense in the SEC ran up huge yards against USC just couldnt score There are a few SEC teams that could man-handle that defense and a few SEC defenses that could slow that offense some!! Texas will show you and there defnse isnt nearly as good as 5 SEC teams!! Pac 10 is weak but you are the best in that conference and nobody gets hurt because of weakness of the teams so USC is in better shape at the end because of teams that get banged up in better conferences.

Didn't LSU score 14pts on special teams? Didn't LSU score a TD on 4th down 40 yard bomb at end of the game? Add it up and that is 21pts! Didn't USC hang 70 on Arkansas? USC 2nd and 3rd string offense scored on Arky 1st string D. That is a fact!

Stupid Comment SEC is The best football conference period. Come play in it and get banged up every week and see how good you are then!!! Thats the bottom line SEC beats each other up!!

Why are they the best? Good luck coming up with an argument. Oh wait, you think you did. BECAUSE YOU SAY SO! :mj07:

SEC is 2-5 against BCS competition this year. That impresses you? You can't judge SEC teams because they basically only play each other. Yet you find them superior. :banghead:

Arkansas weakest offense in the SEC ran up huge yards against USC just couldnt score

For starters. USC plays a bend but don't break defense. It is designed to give up big yards. It is designed not to give up TD's and force turnovers. USC has lead the nation in turnovers last 3 years. 2nd, USC pulled their starters early and was playing reserves all game. 2nd and even 3rd stringers. Arky kept starters in ALL game. Especially on defense. Sad. Arky competed and I think outgained Alabama the following game. Who is ranked #1 in SEC. So maybe Arky just had a bad game when they gave up 70pts to USC. :)

USC 736 yards total offense. (56pts in first 3 quarters)
Arky 326 yards total offense. (10pts in first 3 quarters)

*100 of Arky's total yards offense came in the 4th quarter after USC had scored 56pts. Congrats on getting 100 yards offense against 2nd and 3rd team defense. MIGHTY SEC!

There are a few SEC teams that could man-handle that defense and a few SEC defenses that could slow that offense some!!

SURE! LSU gave up over 500 yards to ASU offense. I am sure they could hold USC to under 700 yards! These SEC defense have no clue how to play defense against sophisticated balanced passing attack.

Texas will show you and there defnse isnt nearly as good as 5 SEC teams!!

Just like Iowa 3 years ago in BCS bowl game?
Just like Michigan 2 years ago in BCS bowl game?
Just like OU last year in BCS bowl game?

I guess if you keep saying the same thing year after year you eventually will be right. Maybe not! :mj07:

Pac 10 is weak but you are the best in that conference and nobody gets hurt because of weakness of the teams so USC is in better shape at the end because of teams that get banged up in better conferences.

What a stupid argument. Tell me how many top 25 teams are banged up more than USC? :mj07:
You won't find many if any. USC is depleted with injuries this year. USC continues to play well because Carroll recruited 3 straight #1 recruiting classes and coaching is 2nd to none. But what a stupid argument. Then again, you started your arugment saying the Pac 10 is weak.

Next time you reply to one of my posts, bring some ammo!

usc covers all those lines except against miami. canes would present serious problems for southern cal and would stand a good chance of beating them outright. but usc would hammer anyone on that list by 20+ besides texas and miami

I agree. Be interesting to see Miami D vs USC O. Miami has speed/talent to play with USC and USC would max. Miami talent. Miami will come to play which is their major flaw week in week out. Blame Coker. The problem with Miami is USC D would dominate Miami O. I am confident in that. Miami D will not dominate but maybe contain USC O. Advantage USC! That IMO should be the BCS NC. #1 D vs #1 O. Great matchup.

I think you need to learn how to have an intelligent debate. Look at your 2 posts and your lack of maturity jumps right out. If you want to interact with me, grow up. Otherwise don't waste your time with garbage posts. You make yourself look silly and immature. Hopefully something you are not.

I also find it odd that over 50% of your posts at this site are directed to me. Stop with the obsession! I don't deserve that much attention from anybody!

You are a great candidate to put me (SCOTT4USC) on ignore list. MJ gives you this option. Put me on ignore list, you will NEVER have to see another post of mine again. Based on your comments about me, I am sure that is something you would enjoy. You obviously have a problem with me. So please put me on ignore list and get rid of me. You won't have to see another idiotic post of mine again! :)

Have a good day!

Deep in the heart of Texas
No surprise that I'm a big Longhorn fan. I hope we are focused, win out, and have a chance to play USC for all the marbles. Though many Big 12 fans think we have a strong conference, we don't. Texas, Tech, and maybe Colorado are this year. Soon enough the Sooners will be back in form, but Nebraska is a long term reclamation project. Ksu has slipped off their lifeboat, and the rest of the teams simply suck. The Pac 10 has a truly great program under Carrol. UCLA , Cal, Oregon are OK, Osu is slipping, the rest are as bad as the B12 cellar dwellers. The SEC is weaker top to bottom than we've seen in most years The ACC is much improved. With the exception of Miami, both UT, and SC would not have been severely challenged in any of the above mentioned conferences. The Big ten is another story. Their top teams of OSU, Mich, PSU, and maybe Mich St and Wisky , would probably force each of these teams a loss this year, by virtue of playing an overall tougher schedule head to head. Really the only 2 walkovers are Ind., and Ill. The big East is such a joke at the moment, that they don"t deserve a spot in the BCS equation.

None of the teams in the sec would be able to score enough to beat SC. This conference shit is great who cares?
