26-28 (-1.69) [This really is getting annoying!! :cursin: ]
Very quiet week for me I think....
KC @ Bufflao under 42
League: 7-36 under (Av. total 40.2...av. score 33.4) home 3- fav off a BYE.** [Buff]
(3-19 under (av. total 42.8...av. score 34.8) if total 40+)
& 0-10 under (Av. total 39.3...av. score 31.3) if opp is off any ats loss.
** that trend is 2-22 under since 1997!!! ...(and one of those losses only went 'over' in OT (Wash/Seattle this season))
Roaf and Holmes out will hurt KC's running game. Buff D is solid against the pass, and the Bills haven't got the fire-power to light up KC's D.
Carolina -9.5 (2.08)
Seems to me that people are giving way too much credit to Bollinger. Let's be fair, if he was any good at all, do you think the Jets would call Vinny off the couch??
Sure, he went 11/20 for 105 yards and 2 TD's last week (which still isn't great!), but 1) It was at home; and 2) It was against some very soft D by SD as they played out trying to protect their lead.
The Chargers dropped men back in coverage and didn't pressure him at all, but I think it's safe to assume that that won't be the case this week.
The Jets have lost all 4 road games so far by 13, 10, 10 & 20, and now come up against a Carolina team that is averaging over 29 ppg at home, I just don't see how they keep up.
The Panthers allow just 3.2 ypc, so they will force Bollinger to throw the ball...and things could get ugly. (And now, of course, I hope they do! :mj14: )
The obligitory trend....
League: 21-12-1 (Av. win 13.7) home 7+ fav, off away 14+ SU and ats win, if opp was last a home 'dog. [Caro]
9-1 (Av. win 20.7!!) since 2000
10-2-1 (Av. win 18.8) if opp won ats as a home 'dog.
Good Luck all
