pirates have made clear progress this year under skip holtz, and are healthy and rested coming off the bye week. with marshall and uab remaining on this years schedule, if the pirates can get lucky and pull this one out, six wins and bowl eligibility is conceivable even if unlikely. good spot for a tulsa letdown after the crushing loss last week at utep. supposed to be a wet windy day in tulsa, which should make the points even more valuable.

i like it, loophole. ecu has been very solid ATS this year, and i think they keep this one close.

I think this is a great spot for Tulsa. After doing so well on the road of late, I think the success, including the last game, will carry. Vegas has this weak ATS home team a double digit chalk against this road monster coming off a loss and some time to recoup. The lures are out.
