2-2 last week but made some coin because my Big Play cashed in...

I really like this weeks card. :)

Hit this Play before the lines move any further.

2 game 6 point Teaser
Dallas Cowboys -2
Over Lions
&
San Diego Chargers -4
Over Bills

Cowboys-2?This has Great value since your laying less then a FG to a Lions team that struggles on the Road?the Lions beat the Cards 29-21 at Home last week but their ?D? is very banged up - starting CB?s Bly and Bryant are OUT along with DT Rogers (OUT) and all 3 Linebackers (Bailey, Lehman and Holmes) are questionable at this time?their ?D? gave up 397 total yards to the Cardinals in the win?on the flip side?their offense finally looked decent because WR Roy Williams finally suited up and played despite the fact that he?s still not 100%...however?the Lions offense had their success against a less than average Cards ?D??I don?t see the Lions and QB Joey Harrington having the same success this week on the road against a solid Cowboys ?D??the Cowboys are 3-0 ATS in the teams last 3 meetings and 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 at Home?the Lions are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 overall?the Cowboys beat the Lions 31-21 at Home last season (10/31/04) and pounded them 38-7 in Detroit the previous year (10-19-03)?the Cowboys are clearly the much better team.
Dallas 27 Detroit 16

Chargers -4?The Chargers have had an extra week to prepare for this game since they are coming off of their bye and they face a Bills team that won at home 14-3 over the Chiefs despite being outplayed much of the game?the Chiefs out gained the Bills 316-209?had 22 first downs to the Bills 9 and controlled the time of possession 34:43 to 25:17 but came out on the short end because they turned the ball over 4 times?the Bills ?D? struggled all day (and all season) defending the run and this week they face the Chargers running game led by Mr. Tomlinson?on the flip side I expect the Bills offense to struggle on the road this week no matter who the Bills QB is and I don?t see the Bills running game being overly effective as they face a stout Chargers run ?D??remember?the Chargers Defensive Coordinator is former Bills Head Coach Wade Phillps who would love to stick it to the Bills since they parted in less than friendly terms?the Bills are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 overall?but the Chargers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 overall?the Bills are 0-4 on the Road this season and got pasted by the Raiders (38-17) the last time they made a west coast trip and may be without the services of Safety Troy Vincent (shoulder) and Pro Bowl KR/CB Terrence McGee who re-aggravated his hammy late in the teams win over the Chiefs?this one has the makings of a ?take them out to the woodshed beating? as L.T. steamrolls an ineffective Bills run Defense.
San Diego 31 Buffalo 13

I'm getting out the BIG Gun for this one!

I'm adding this small play for this week:

Carolina Panthers -3
Over Chicago

Hit this one today because I expect it to move up before the end of the week! This will be a battle of two teams that are playing solid football at this time but overall as a team I?ll back the Panthers and not look back?when the Panthers have the Football I expect them to have some success running the ball with Stephen Davis and DeShaun Foster because their Offensive line which is playing solid at this time matches up well against a good but undersized Bears D-Line?and when the Panthers throw the football I also like the Panthers receivers matchups against the Bears secondary?the Bears D leads the NFL as the #1 D statistically mainly because they haven?t faced a decent offense (their last 6 opponents ? San Fran..N.O...Detroit..Balt..Minn) since week #3 when the Bengals stormed into town and beat the Bears 24-7?on the flip side?even though Hb Thomas Jones may return this week I just don?t feel the Bears running game will have much success going up against a Panther ?D? that ranks #2 overall in the NFL versus the runs?top that off with?Kyle Orton doesn?t scare me behind center?all in all?the Bears have the home field advantage?but the Panther have a better QB?better O-Line?more explosive receivers?a better kicker and the advantage in the matchups that I touched on?i.e. ? the Better team!...I?ll lay the -3 in this one and feel confident about it!...The Bears are 3-1 ATS in their last 5 overall and are 4-1 SU at Home?but the Panthers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 overall?3-0 ATS in their last 3 versus the Bears and are 3-1 SU on the road?.the game-time forecast is calling for temps in the mid 30?s with a 30% chance of mixed precipitation and winds about 10-15 mph.
Carolina 20 Chicago 13

I grabbed Carolina -2? thinking it would move up. It was the only 2? I had at my 5 books at the time. Since then it's actually moved down to 2? at two of the sharper books...my two "squarest" books still have it at 3. This move surprised me, and has me a bit concerned.

Anyways, good luck. I agree it should rise on Sunday. Just means we are likely not on the sharp side of this one. Not that that has meant a whole lot this year as squares are mopping up.

Really like the SD, and Dallas Teaser. Ill be on that one with ya but the Carolina game scares me a lot. It seems like they want Carolina money too much only laying 3 and someplaces 2.5. At home, with the DEF the Bears have seems like this could be a trap game. GL with your plays though. Hope that teaser hits for us!

I really love the Teaser as well and made a Big Play on it...the Carolina play is just a small play for me.

Good Luck!

I would have loved to have gotten the Panthers at only -2.5 just in case the game is decided by a field goal.

Good Luck!

28-10 now on my last 38 posts/wagers after Ohio State -3 cashed my ticket yesterday.

Now for my infamous 4 game 13 point NFL Teaser
which is a decent 5-1 on the season:

4 game 13 pointer:

Oakland/Washington OVER 30 points...this one should be a barnburner!...they may top 30 by halftime!

Oakland Raiders +19...Norv Turners revenge??...I think this one goes to the wire!

San Diego Chargers +2...Theyt won't need the points and might even cover the spread.

Minnesota Vikings +17.5...MNF...the Vikes have covered the last 4 trips to Wisconsin...other then the Saints game the pack has been lousy at home.

I think this one is Money in the Bank!
