Yeah Iraq is a real safe place to live you can casually stroll down the streets of any city in the Sunni Triangle without any worries. What was the 2nd terrorist nation that he liberated? Surely, your not implying terrorists came from Iraq since there were not any known terrorists that hailed from Iraq that struck against the USA.
