can't get any worse jimmy. the dodgers have ruined that organization since 1988. 2 years ago was a tease. they just aren't very good and unfortunately not willing to spend money. getting a sf gm is a nice blow to a rival, but in reality they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. the new owner is an idiot who just wants to sell the stadium and develop it as prime real estate, and the land is worth a fortune. he wants to build a new stadium by the staples center. in short, he sux and isn't willing to spend the money for a good team in a big market, so the gm position is meaningless if his hands are tied.
