30-12 on my last 42 wagers/posts!

Oh...and before I forget...Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

I hopped on this one for a Big Play and suggest that if your also leaning this way to hit it soon before the line moves!

San Diego Chargers -3
over Washington

The line is this low because of the uncertainty of the status of the Chargers All-World Tight End Antonio Gates who hurt his foot versus the Bills on Sunday...however...all indications are Gates injury is not as serious as some thought and he stated on Monday that he will be ready to play on Sunday at the Skins...I love the value in this line at this time because the oddsmakers have clearly overvalued the Redskins because of that "mini-run" that the team had weeks ago but this Skins team hasn't played well the last two weeks in their losses to the Bucs and Raiders...on the flip side...the Chargers are one of the NFL's elite teams and could easily be undefeated because all their losses were very close games in whioch they led in the 4th quarter...simply put...the better team wins this game and covers the "small 3" on Sunday.

San Diego Chargers -3

UPDATE:?as I expected Gates injury wasn?t even nearly as bad as some thought and I expect him to play on Sunday?even if he doesn?t?the Chargers are facing a Redskins team that is overvalued due to the small mid season run that the Skins had?the team has lost 2 straight and QB Mark Brunell has come down to earth?or should I say ?he?s reverted back to his old form??one of the reasons that Brunell has been lousy as of late is the fact that the Skins are really banged up at the receiver position and have lost 2 out of their top 3 wideouts (David Patten and James Thrash) due to injuries?the situation is so bad that the Skins recently signed Jimmy Farris and he will serve as the teams #3 receiver behind Santana Moss and #4 Taylor Jacobs on Sunday?when you play a team like the Chargers who lead the league in rushing defense you need to have other options to attack their Defense other than a running game?the Redskins Don?t have many at this time?the Chargers are the much better team and are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 overall.
