to this easy survey.....

A year or two ago i asked people here to help with a marketing survey that my company was involved in-i ask you again to help--real easy question.

How much would you pay for a minor league baseball ticket on a Saturday night in the summer?
(single A or AA)?

How much would you pay for a minor league pro soccer game ticket on a Saturday night in the summer?

How much would you pay for a ticket to watch local car racing on a Saturday night in the summer?

The three (3) questions are NOT would you pay its-if you went what would you feel is a fair price and would feel comfortable paying.......thanks to those who respond

baseball - $8. maybe $10 for great seats and if the concessions are fairly cheap.

soccer - $0. you'd have to pay me to sit through a soccer match.

racing? as in dirt track? probably only $5 or $6. $10 if you could keep out the rednecks.

Baseball: $10. for a competive team. Slightly more for ass-kicking seats.

Soccer: Are you kidding? I wouldn't walk across the street to see it free.

Auto Racing: I know this is a huge draw for some, but in California this is a waste of time. But to answer your question, I imagine I would pay 10 bucks to drink some beer and hang out with the rest of the 'necks.

We only pay like $4 or $5 to sit in the outfield lawn seats for our local Lancaster Barnstormers..managed by Tommy Herr. :)

Its great watching these guys play.....Jose Lind coaches one of the teams,Henry Rodriguez plays,Ryan Minor is the Third baseman for lancaster...also former major leagures like brian hunter who was a base stealer for Det and Tom Goodwin.

Baseball: $10
Soccer: $10
Racing: $5

Note, I hate Soccer, HOWEVER, if I was going to go and given you would not allow the answer I would not buy one, I would probably spend as much as I would for baseball. That said, racing, minimal $$$'s, the $5 above is a stretch.

minor-league baseball: $10 to $12 per ticket

soccer: hard to justify anything more than the same price for a high-school soccer game - about $6 per ticket

racing: $5 or $6 per ticket
