bdb, I rarely bet baskets anymore simply because I can't stand watching the sport. You my friend are on fire!! 40 games above 500 in anything is absolutely incredible. Do you generally hit these types of numbers in baskets?

Years ago I won a contest, 21 games above 500, 40 games already, Holy shit, you are a machine.

i generally do well in the association and baseball, but NO I don't do as well as I've started out. its a statistical anomoly. i've been real lucky and the ball has bounced my way plenty this year...ie lake show over last night. hopefully money management will keep me in the black and steadily upward, but to say i've been anything other than blessed with a lot of luck early in the season would be wrong.

great site, great handicappers and hopefully my roll will continue, but I'm destined for a downswing.


can you make sure the celts get their chit in gear tonight please?


p.s. I HATE watching the NBA too.

Been looking at the Nets/Nugs all day and wondering what effect last night will have on tonight?

-Carter didn't finish the game with back spasms.

-OT emotion had to be a tad draining on the Nets (God love'm for fight'n to the end last night!)

-Now, tonight they fly into high altitude less than 24 after what transpired late last night.

-Think the +8 is right on target but why 194? Mello and his bros aren't exactly on fire and the Nets can play defense as long as their legs hold up.

-I feel the Nets jump shooting legs to give out in altitude in this last of a 5 game road trip and the under 194 to look good late game.

BD B, Celtics doing lots of complaining and crying about playing time, mainly mark blount , most don't like the hard line doc rivers runs. Hard to argue with your record, so I'm aboard -5.

Used to love basketball, in college in the Garden for those awesome Laker Celtics series in the '80s, some of the greatest days of my life.

Celtics awful young, and make lots turnovers. Orlando doesn't yield huge points, so hopefully West will be back, because otherwise nobody can guard Francis. Banks & Tony Allen still out.

Hopefully Paul, Davis & Raf have big nights to cover that number.
