opening line: duke/indiana ......

anyone else puzzled at how high this line is? really thought this would open at duke -2 or -3 at most. can almost make a case that indiana should win the game. but really perplexed with how high the overnight # is. almost fishy imo. granted indiana hasn't played anyone, but there's no denying that if davis can't win with this group, he'll never win, cuz they're stockpiled with players.

as long as killingsworth is on the floor, indy has a realistic shot to hang with anyone. that kid is a stud. not sure what the circumstances were around his departure from auburn but indy landed a big time player.

agreed that Killingsworth is a stud, but in my mind when I was thinkin it was too many pts for Indy, it was with the impression White was in the lineup...I think they will be a monster combo inside when he returns...

Im probably taking IU. Gman what do you know about youngstown St? line looks really fishy, looking at them as a possibility tonight

youngstown has one solid player (humphrey) but they dont have a lot of depth. they were a mess last year but should be better under slocum, who was a solid coach at gannon (d-II school in pennsylvania). they were surprisingly competitive against akron in the season opener although that might have been sort of an aberration. all in all, there will be some good spots for ysu once horizon play rolls around. but im not sure i could trust them tonight. i know spang likes ysu and i highly respect his opinion. i just would rather wait for a better spot.
