A new museum is open in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. It features a historical layout of the bloody masacres and the widespread genocide that Saddam Hussein inflicted on his own people. Here are some of the features....maybe you liberals can go protest out in front of it...........

1. A memorial for Halabja, where the use of weapons of mass destruction were used to exterminate entire neighborhoods of innocent Iraqis. In a scene eerily reminiscent of Adolf Hitler - poison gas was used. Boys and girls rounded up and taken away. It was simply genocide. People were rounded up into concentration camps and shipped away or simply marched out into the desert, blindfolded, and shot.

The result??? 182,000 Kurds missing. Saddam's GENOCIDE.

2. A life-sized figure of a Kurdish rebel hanging by his wrists from a metal hook, his arms bound behind his back. 2 electric clips are attached to his earlobes from where wires run to a green hand-cranked electrical generator on a metal desk.

3. There's a figure of a man hunched over, handcuffed to a low point on the wall. The person would be handcuffed here for several days in a way in which the person could not stand up straight.

4. There's four solitary confinement cells. 2 feet by 4 feet -- just high enough to stand in but without enough room to recline. Get inside and close the cell door. Completely locked into a dark box and left for days on end.

I'd just like to thank GW Bush for removing this monster from power. The families of 400,000 dead exterminated people I'm sure are quite thankful to you too.

PAUL BREMER 9-19-03 - Address to Iraqi citizens

"I am Paul Bremer, administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority. On March 16, 1988 Ali Hassan al-Majid, ?Chemical Ali,? directed the Iraqi Air Force to drop chemical weapons on Halabja. That one attack on Kurdish citizens of Iraq killed 5,000 people and injured 10,000 more. The broader ?Anfal? campaign killed 182,000 people."

What is there to respond to, Manson? We've gone around in circles on this and I do not consider anything that the massive failure known as Paul Bremer has to say to be credible.

There was such a thing as the Anwal campaign, I believe from the mid to late 80's. It was part of the broader war with Iran. America fully supported Saddams actions during this timeframe. Fvck off.

20 maybe 15 years old and killed by gas we sold Saddam and you two guys don't give a chit. You got no class. We just don't learn some times when we get in bed with bad guys. Ronny Reagan was Saddam's Buddie. Sorry but that was the truth.
Oh by the way we stood by and did nothing to stop it. We were still selling arms to Saddam in 1990. We stopped in 1991. Point is no excuse when it was done. And it was not why we went to war in Iraq in 1991 or 2003.

djv LOL telling me how I feel. Can I lay down on your couch for a session. my definition of one who has no class: someone who puts a statute of limitations on mass murder.

Hopefully you watched the Saddam trial this morning.....a witness described one of Saddam's human meat grinders that had blood and hair in it.

DJV - so your statute of limitations on the mass genocide of 400,000 innocent people is 15-20 years?? Anyone else agree???

How do you come up with those numbers? Now I'm curious.

Put your own words in your own mouths. Don't say anything for for me. You don't think enough before you type. There is never excuse for death. That includes the ones dieing today called U S soldiers. And those killed by Saddam using supplies bought form us.
You missed that point. And that we went to war for any of those that were killed. You won't find that info in any of Bush's reason to invade. Or in Powell's speech at the U N.
