The money is on SE MISSOU ST and the line went down. It's a false move, money does not move lines books do. THE PLAY IS SEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not necessarily ture bryanz, although i generally agree with most things u say. Could be major money hitting tenn st despite the public money being on SEm. just out of interest why do u think it is a false move?

we have time I looking at it. I have already bet based on the line move only. will be back before game time. I bet Navy sat in CFB on a move like this and posted it here when I read it here like today.

what do I know ? all I can say is where ever you look, 70 to 80 % of the money was on SEM before the line dropped. If I was the house and a player hit Tenn st hard I would be happy, I'm off the hook. When I was a kid and the line went down, the first thing I thought was, smart money on the other side and I lost more than I won. I know I sound like a broken record if you have read my crazy stuff before but MONEY DOES NOT MOVE LINES 98 % OF THE TIME. Books move the line for so many reasons and if you play it like I do ,you will be right most of the time. Why Did navy drop to 4.5 ? There might be some info on this game that I don't know about but the books known almost everything there is to known and there is no logical reason for a 2pt drop in some places.

Interesting.. I agree that books move lines for different reasons, however that being said I have been succesful betting on lines that are "moving the wrong way" such as georgia last night. Anyway, all that aside i did not bet this game. As far as the navy v army game goes i bet army and lost that game. I think the move is the smart money, but it does not always win. More often than not when i liked the game already and then i see a move like this i will hit it harder then i normally would and have been succesful in doing so. Again, all that aside i did not bet this game.. Good luck

Thanks ysg3, I guess we all recognize different things for different reasons. There are so many variables . We all have to do what works for us. I don't make many plays based on line moves.

I don't think it was smart money, It was the books trying to scare SEM money and looking for tenn money. Most over reacted and bet Tenn and others like me overreacted and bet SEM. The line move had nothing to do with who won or lost the game, just trying to get Tenn money because they had to much on one side. This game could have gone either way,the public was right. It was a bad line for the house and they tryed to dig out.
