Mizzou St plus over Arkansas **
Talk about a talented team.SW Mizzou is now Mizzou St.But they have a balanced attack with 4 guys that can hit the 3 from row 2,3 4 and 7.Ahearn has hit 28-48 and has lead the nation in FT shooting the past 2 yrs.Chaney,Thompson,Lambroth,etc can all stick it.It's true they haven't played a tough schedule but they beat NIU by a ton and dismantled a good ORU team.
Ark has Brewer who many say is the best player in the SEC.Modica can score from anywhere.Townes the 6'10 kid is banged up tonite.Not sure if he is playing.Hogs are athletic and quick but will have a hard time matching up tonite vs the Mizzous air attack.
Ark beat Texas St by 6 the other nite.But there perimeter defense gave up 12 ...3's.In comes the No1 team in the nation in shooting 3's.
Hogs will struggle tonite .Like the rd dog here and possibly getting a win.Also Hogs FT % is terrible and last yr were only 4-8 ats in home games.
Da Bears keep this close and might get a win..

gl box, though i tend to think this is cincy/ohio all over again (undefeated midmajor who takes a step up in class and gets smacked down a notch). i guess i just dont think they are in the same class as northern iowa and a healthy creighton in the mvc. tonight, we'll certainly find out if they're legit. regardless, best of luck and always enjoy reading your work.

g-man..your right about stepping up in class.And the only team Mizzou played lyr steeping up was at OU and they lost by 7 or 8.Also got killed by Georgetown in NIT's by 20 or 30.
Only played two ** tonite mainly for that reason.But these guys can shoot and although Hogs have the better athletes think Bears give them problems.
Played Wisky and Miss St for a * too. small plays

looks like we all got sucked in on DA BEARS hype, cant play with the big boys, i should have known better.
