seriously, would you attend a meaningless game that you are not even sure you can win?

me personally? nah.
but i'm amazed at the number of browns fans that do. and to me, thats what separates the nfl from the rest of pro sports.

the indians damn near won 100 games, but they played at 1/2 capacity for almost their entire wild card push.

meanwhile, the browns have been abysmal the last few years and people still show up in droves to watch a mediocre product.

i will never argue about the fans of the nfl - very loyal group. the browns are much like the packers in this area - however, much less success in the last decade. no disrespect towards cle - an observation originally defending poor attendanece at a Raiders game.

How about a 410 shotgun to go with the record today ET? The Browns are at 5-9.

I was pretty drunk yesterday or maybe I'm just ignorant is this some kind of hunting reference or are you saying the Browns have a better record than the Bills? Well YALL have a great rest of the season, btw neither team going to playoffs so record is pretty fawkin meaningless where in my post did I say the Bills are great and Cleveland sucks. :mj07:

browns are the worst team in cleveland and have been for the last handful of years, yet their attendance inexplicably has blown away the other teams in the city (relative to capacity). nfl is probably the only major sport where fans in various cities support their teams even if they are dog shit.

That is unless you are the Saints.
