did you really think they Yankees were going to sit back and let the Mets grab all the front pages?
I guarantee this will be the front pages in the papers tomm and not the transit strikes...

I'm not surprised at all. Just another example of overpaying and now over expectations. I'm going to laugh my a$$ off when they get bounced in the first round of the playoffs

considering that there seemed to be no alternative i think it was a good signing.....& yes they over paid....but which athlete in any sport is not over paid...
