will also throw $100 on BYU +7 1/2 in footbal tonight. Its not one of my 5 top bowl selections but need to dable. I have already bet these games($200 each) for the bowl season as they are my top 5 picks:

what's with all the A10 teams popping out of your system? I follow the A10 and see the teams play a lot as I'm a UD fan, and last night was the first time I layed off one of your plays this year...just couldn't risk money on st. bonnies...

what's your line on the dayton game? should be a revenge play for UC, but UD did beat them by 8 or so in UC this year...

Just curious, so is the basis of your system that Vegas or whoever is setting the line is purposely lowering it or raising it to get action on one team vs. the other. For instance, your numbers says Detroit should be getting 14-, but the line is 10-, so your assessment is that the books are understating the line to get OU money?

That is correct.
The line should be +14 but Vegas "knows something" about the game so they are only giving you 10. Vegas wants people to lay the 10 with OU because "it's only 10".....

ahhhhhhhh......no wonder Vegas is so rich!!

Asked the same question a couple days ago...wondering if line movement could be an indicator of strength of play. Considering that all BB plays are off opening lines and that underlying theory is based on intentional line distortion (by "vegas"), I think it's worth looking at.
