Should be a good game either way.

Really shouild be a good game. A close game is what I see. And the Falcons in a close game are worth 300 bucks lay down to me. And if they lose, I will just say kiss my ass and call me Tilly

Vick will step up. No way Simms plays better than Vick in this game.
Orton played better than Vick in Chicago. Then Grossman comes in after a year lay off and moves the ball down the field. Vick is selected to a Pro Bowl after this pathetic performance.
Vick sat on the bench, shivering watching the game dwindle away and thinking about Tampa Bay.
Vick will make the plays he has to in this game.

I have the tendency to bet AGAINST streaks more than I bet ON them. Carolina beating up on Atlanta earlier this year was a good example. I'm also betting on SD to beat KC at home, where they haven't lost in December since like, the Hoover administration. So I understand where you're coming from. I agree on the SD game, after what I seen them do to the Colts.
I just dont use bounce back in my capping. Its not what brings home the money.

No, no, I love the Bucs this week. They're my biggest play and I jumped on them early. I was just trying to get your reasoning because I see it so strongly the other way. Like I said though, I've been wrong before. And no matter how strongly I feel about a game I like to hear differing opinions. Even if it doesn't change my bet, it's a good way to gain information/perspectives. Just my opinion, but I think one of the biggest mistakes a handicapper can make is thinking he's so good that he can't learn from other people. I know there's probably an assload of cappers on this site who disagree with that, but that's how I feel.

FLOWERY BRANCH ? Falcons quarterback Michael Vick denied hanging up on the Tampa/St. Petersburg media in a conference call Wednesday, according to a Falcons spokesman.
The St. Petersburg Times reported that after being questioned about his overall lack of success against the Buccaneers, Vick said, "You're still saying it's tough for me to handle that defense after what I did to them last time? Is that what you're saying? Is that what you're asking me? You're asking for an explanation for that? I can't. I'm sorry."
Vick, who threw for over 300 yards against the Bucs in a 30-27 loss on Nov. 20, took another question and ended the conversation, the paper reported.
According to a Falcons spokesman, who was recalling Vick's explanation, the connection cut off and the Buccaneers' media contact never called back to resume to interview.

Interesting. This has nothing to do with the game or capping in general, but this is one of the reasons I can't stand Vick. The guy has a SLEW of bad games, but then as soon as he has ONE good game he acts like he's a great QB. I thought it was pretty funny earlier this year when he actually managed to have a good game on the road and, after the game, basically told reporters that they could no longer criticize him because of that one game. He's got brass balls, I'll give him that.
Vick has his problems with effective communications as well as with team leadership.
If I were the Falcons I would not let him in front of reporters ,,,,,ever.
The thing about Vick is he is capable of winning a game like this by himself under the right conditions. I have seen him do it.
This is the right spot for a Falcons upset.
Falcons moneyline was at +145 yesterday. That pissed me off as I got it at 135. I didnt think it would go up. I need to go check it now.

I will never deny that the guy is a tremendous athlete. Hell, the guy is a FREAK when it comes to athletic ability. I just think he would be better served playing a different position.

There has been much talk about moving Vick to another position.
That will not happen in this lifetime not while Vick is with the Falcons. To do that would be admitting a whole bunch of mistakes with a franchise player.
It would make the team mgt look real bad.
