New York football Giants +3.5, bought the hooker
Pretty big play for me:
300/270
.

I have the Giants capped out as 1 or 2 point favorites tomorrow. This IS the wild and wacky NFC east where anything goes and its very difficult to beat a team twice sometimes, but I think the Giants pull this one out.

Washington is favored for a couple reasons. They have looked great the last 3 weeks, no doubt. They definately owe the Giants one after that mauling at Giants stadium. Also, Washington has played well at home while Giants have struggled on the road.

Gmen are 2-3 on the road, not including the saints road game that was at home. Two losses came in OT, at DAllas and at Seattle, two VERY difficult home teams. A break or two, (or a made FG!) and that record could easily be 4-1. So I think the Giants "road woes", besides the thrashing at SD, are a little overhyped.

Both teams need the game, Washington probably a LITTLE more, and it will be a hard fought battle. The giants can still get a bye week, and they would wrap up the division with a win tomorrow, so I think they have alot to play for too.

Only thing that scares me is this DEFINATELY seems like a trap game. Giants manhandled the skins at home, so the Giants almost look too easy. Washington has been up and down all year, great start, then faded some, and now a great stretch again. I really dont think they win 4 in a row tomorrow, and even if they do, I DOUBT its by more than 3. 3.5 seems pretty solid to me. Skins cornerstone has been inconsistency this season, from game to game and even from half to half. Just when you think they're clicking after blowing the cowgirls away, they shock ya by folding bigtime.
Remember what happened the last time the skins blew someone out and then played the Gmen?

nooooooo

normal bet is 50-100 bucks

this play is 500 altogether....thats 5-10 times the normal bet, but YES a very large play for me

I just think the Gmen wrap up the division today. Redskins are inconsistent. They win in situations where you think they will lose, and lose in situations when they should win.

I've seen ALOT of people on this board very HESITANT to play the redskins LAST WEEK because they had covered and won two weeks in a row. Now that streak is 3 weeks in a row.
* REDSKINS HAVE NOT WON 4 GAMES IN A ROW SINCE 2001*

GMEN win the division and celebrate xmas in style.

"a break or two".....For Christ sakes, the Giants have had nothing BUT breaks this year. Eli has a miserable QB rating and they have won more than their share with turnovers and fortunate plays (i.e.Dallas early).

The next bad break they get will be the first.

what is your point? Are you saying the GMEN have "truly" had road woes? I dont think 2 OT losses and a 2-3 record reflects breaks. Are you kidding??

I'm saying the Giants have been very fortunate this year.

Wk. 1 vs. Ariz. 95 kick return and 52 yd. punt return
Wk. 2 vs. N.O. 3 fumble recoveries 3 interceptions
Wk. 3 vs S.D Lose
Wk. 4 vs. St. L 3 ints. 2 fumble recoveries
Wk. 6 vs. Dal 3 fumble recoveries, 1 int.
wk. 8 vs. Was 3 fumble recoveries, 1 int
Wk. 9 vs S.F. 1 int
Wk. 10 vs. Min. 1 fumble rec.
Wk. 11 vs Philly 1 int
Wk. 12 vs Sea 1 fumble rec, 1 int
Wk. 13 vs Dal 2 fumble rec. 2 int.
Wk. 15 vs. Philly w/o T.O or McNabb

Combined record of team the Giants have beaten: 44-68 Even with the incredible amount of gifts.....

....and your saying they could use a couple of breaks??? :wtf:

OK, the Santana Moss one man wrecking crew WRECKED the gmen yesterday. But I got a question for you. How are interceptions and fumble recoveries breaks??? Thats called "defense", or am I mistaken? Since when is causing turnovers a lucky break? Please enlighten me!

A field goal kicker missing two chip shots and a third FG in 20 minutes is not catching "breaks". THATS "WTF" I'm talking about Screamingpain.
