That's possible, but you need to be careful with making that assumption based purely on those statistics. The percentages those sites come up with are certainly not conducted scientifically. Sure, if the percentages were 80-20 and the line was moving the other way that would be a good indicator that something isn't right, but 63-37 would certainly still be within the variance for the polls they conduct.
