I see this thread moving into the "Sports teams and their fans" forum sometime soon

Why? Just a friendly discussion about the toughness of schedules for both teams in their respective conferences, and how different people think they will match-up against each other.

So. Cal
You got yourself a deal Scott, I will post Texas OFFENSIVE stats against the defenses they have matched up against regardless of outcome of NC, because those are facts. But I want you to post in these forums and give the same opinions of USC that you have been giving all year regardless of the outcome of NC. Then if SC wins you will be justified.

On another note, Kansas played houston and held them to like 14 points or something. Colorado played a very good clemson team and held them to 19, even though clemson isnt a offensive power house I think those two bowl game alone are enough to say maybe the Big 12 does have some defense because they can hold other conferences down as well.

So Cal
My thoughts on the game

USC has two significant edges in this game.

1.For more then half the team this is the 2nd or 3rd time in the NC game.
2. Pete carrol is light years ahead of Mack Brown , IE
the Bill Cowher of CFB. Never won a big game in his life LOL. :mj07:

I'm torn on this game, my money is saying Texas + the points
my heart says USC.

Everyone I know likes SC-7.5
Plus with the media in love with USC
ESPN has basicly given them the NC .
Not giving Texas a chance at all.
IMO come game time i think the public will be all on SC.

It will be interesting to see if USC can contain V.Young. Same can be said for Bush

I'm waiting for the ND vs OSU game.
for both USC & UT these were the toughest games for them. I think it will tell us a bit more for the NC game

My dilema is this if I take texas I'll be @ Dublins in Hollywood watching the game. if I try to cheer them on I might get my ass whooped.... It will be crazy rooting against SC IN LA.
LY's OB I was bar hopping watching the game to make it short & clean drunk SC fans are not NICE PEOPLE :cursin: .

Nebraska made a statement for the big-12 last night. Maybe I rushed to judgment on the big-12 based on the way Texas beat up on the entire conference this year. In any event, Michigan will finish unranked and 7-5 which will erase Notre Dame's one and only "quality" win.

I agree that I think the public will be all over SC as ESPN and every media outlet is basically proclaiming them as the National Champs. We will see...

Interesting match-up tonight with Oklahoma and Oregon.

Jack can you please ban this post-happy fag, or at least tell him to stay out of my threads. This is getting old.

Have you posted 1,100 picks and analysis in 3 months?

Don't like my threads, then don't read them.
