Derek,
Based on your quote:
I had a good start, a bad run, but turned it on again this week. The Navy game left me lookin for answers. I try to cap heavily on SOS in these games, but that game just sharted all over that so called angle. Even though I won back most of my wager with a HT parlay, I had the UNDER to begin with and CSU.
Strength of Schedule is a good tool, especially if a team holds a strong rushing edge. When looking at Colorado State they had no chance against Navy due to the fact that they had no ability to stop the run giving up4.82 a carry and 200 a game for the season. Now they were expected to learn how to stop the run against the best running team in the nation?( 5.58 yards per carry and 305.18)
The bowl committee gave us a gift when they matched these 2 teams up.
If a team is unable to stop a team from doing what they want to do, or at least slow the bleeding you can't play them. When it comes to bowls it is usually all in the numbers.
Just trying to help
