Louisville vs. Virginia Tech

Many reasons for this game to get out of hand. Louis. 1-2 vs. bowl teams & V.T. 4-2. Cards beat Rutgers, lost to WVU & S. Fla.( who just put up a 0 in their bowl game ) :jerkit: Hokies lost to Miami & FSU. V.T. going for an 11 win season and to stop a slide where they have lost 2 of 4 to end the season. Cards. red-shirt freshman QB gets his second start but this is no UCONN "D" he will be facing. Hokies "O" has been struggling at the end but playing against the speed of the Canes & Noles will do that to you. I'm sure brother Mike :mj15: will be on the side lines to keep Marcus focused for this game, Vick is coming back next year and I look for Beamer to showcase his talent against a mediocre "D". Taking :mj09: VIRGINIA TECH - 8 :firing: over Louisville as I will ride their "D" in this on and let Vick do those Vick things. dance2 DANCE MARCUS DANCE dance2

i think you're probably on the right side on this one. the loss of brohm will really hurt louisville's offense. however.... we saw yesterday just how good miami is :scared and florida state was hardly dominant this year. ok, neither was as bad as south florida, but those losses show that v tech is not a great team this year.

some #'s in your favor... louisville relied heavily on their home field this year. they were 5-1 ATS at home and 1-4 ATS on the road. v tech was 5-0 away from home before the game against FSU.

good luck, i'll likely be on v tech with you, just not too heavy.

I was on the Canes and Noles vs. the Hokies but no way Lou. "O" will drive the ball 80 yds consistently on this "D". Look for the same way the Noles and Canes over matched the Hokie "O". look for the Hokie "D" to do the same to the Cards "O". I'm not worried about the Tech "O" as they will have a short field all day.

i agree with you. i just hope v tech's defense shows up. otherwise michael bush could have a big day. he's tough to bring down anyways, but if you're not ready to play, he'll run over you all day. and i gotta believe he's gonna get the ball a lot.
