Wich Teaser you choose ?

Hi Cappers, im going to place a big one for the last two bowls but i need your help :

which 7 pt teaser would you bet :

1.-Penn State -3 & USC -.5
2.-Penn State -3 & Texas +14.5
3.-Fl State +17 & USC-.5
4.-Fl State +17 & Texas +14.5

Im more on the first one but also the last one looks good , so please help me!

Just did a sweetheart with FSU getting 17, USC giving that half point and over FSU 40

I am leaning towards FSU getting 17 ponits, if they play a little good penn state is not going to cover that margin, and take usc -.5 that is a winner there
