TEXAS VS. USC
Something about this game has that ring like the OSU +14 vs. the CANES championship game. They have so many weapons, so much speed on offense, the 2nd greatest team in history. How will Texas ever compete with them. This may be true but I think all the hype is gonna wear down the boys from Troy. Texas "D" coordinator Gene Chizik, who was at Auburn has won 27 games in a row now also. I look for him to use his resources in the NFL( Tampa ) to get a good game plan together to slow up the mighty Trojans. Being overlooked is this Longhorn's "D" which is ranked 6th overall and what I believe will be the difference. If my memory serves me correctly I think USC has been behind at half in 4 of it's games this year some by as many as 14 pts. Also they have not played a "D" ranked in the top 30 all year. The only thing that scares me is Mack Brown is a loser. Anyways taking the team that is supposed to lose :mj23: TEXAS + 7 1/2 :mj23: over USC in the Rose Bowl as a Horns outright win would not shock me here.
