Skins (ML) over TB
Washington should have won the last contest, they did not have Griffin or Taylor had a lead in the 4th with 2 mins to go but let off the gas pedal and a questionable call for a 2pt conversion. The Bucs get a healthier Williams to carry the ball while the skins are with out Springs at corner but they do get Rogers back. The have never been a Simms supporter but he has proved me wrong on more than one occasion however the skins defense need to get pressure of him. TOO many games have the skins relied on the front 4 getting pressure and it has cost them in the defense against the pass. I would expect Williams to dial up a few blitzes because that cost him last game. The redskin defense was destroyed through the air in the last contest but I expect the addition of Taylor should help. The skins have to come to play and they have more talent to produce looking for the skins defense to get a few turnovers if they increase the heat. Brunell is the key when he plays some what well the skins roll but when he turns the ball over it will be a long day. The bucs defense is good and fast so the skins line will have to max protect to give brunell time. But Teams have been able to throw on the bucs and the skins should find the seem in th Tampa 2 defense. Don't forget the Bucs defense have given up their worst performances against the skins rushing attack and look for Portis to be a work horse. His ability to cut back and the bucs over pursuit normally translate in to misdirection big games. Moss will have to push the corners and safeties to allow Cooley to get into the middle areas. It is very important for the skins to get pressure on Simms, and watch Galloway deep, while not forgetting about Williams. Easier said than done but the scheme of Williams has to do it. Should be a good game but unlike the first contest the skins finish the drink this time and should win the game.

Agree this game is on Brunell -- I just love the fact that Gibbs played every team in the NFC much tougher the second time he faced them this year, I expect the same results today. The guy obviously can make great adjustments after a loss and with the added knowledge of what that team is doing.

Best of luck.

NE (-7.5) over Jax

Brady, the cold NE weather, and the 3 out of the last 4 Superbowls will get my $$ tonight. Plus I like Coach B aginst Jack Del Rio. Don't forget Jax had a battle against St.L in St.L so I can't think they will be all over the Pats. IMO Leftwhich will be a bit too rusty!

HOW BOUT THEM REDSKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mj14:
