he touched him with his leg you can tell when they run the play because the guy slowed down when the leg hit him. this is almost funny washington fumbles they make sure to blow it dead by contact tampa fumbles and they let the play run. looks like washington will win this one.

They beat Seattle but it was a home game for the Skins. Not saying they can't beat them in Seattle, but the Seahawks play much better at home.
