Anytime some nit-wit requests a song by ZZTop or Lynard Skynard it drives me absolutly crazy because I live ABOVE the Mason-Dixon line for a reason!

This is not southern rock, it's country music in disguise. :cursin:

Yes.

I am preparing my first class action lawsuit captioned:

Haskell, E. et al. v. Von Olhoffen, K. et al.

wherein I am suing Messers Von Olhoffen, ******, Cowher, the entire Pittsburgh defensive unit, offensive unit, special teams, Art Rooney, Sr. Jr., and his next of kin as well as the entire Pittsburgh Steeler organization, the National Football League, the Columbia Broadcasting System, Budweiser, General Motors, Paul Brown Stadium, Mike Brown, the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvannia, McDonalds, Allegheny County, the confluence of the Allegheny and Monaghahela rivers, Phizer, Boeing, George Bush, and last but certainly not least any and all of the most annoying, obnoxious, crude, loud, ignorant football fans on the entire planet, excuse me, strike that, the entire universe, Steeler fans.

You know, Steeler fans make Browns fans look civilized. Well, not really. Actually, after the hit, your average Bengal fan in the stadium wasn't all too friendly too those wearing black and gold in attendance. In reality, although the local sports talk radio clowns are trying to generate some controversy, the hit looked clean to me.

I had actually heard of several fights in the stands.

I feel just the opposite about Bengal fans, after the game I visited the message board on the Bengals site and I haven't laughed that hard in a long, LONG time. You can tell it's been 15 years since they were in the playoffs.

Us Steeler fans will take our beating against Indy much better, probably with a lot more Iron City, but better.

Yes, PF, the Browns have fans. Most of them walk on four legs but, they are fans none the less. Actually, the majority of Bengal fans that I know are not the most informed football fans. But when it comes to baseball, Cincinnatians in general know that game.

Again we are talking generalities here. In the AFC north, here's how I break down each teams fans:

Browns fans: derelict, barking, beer swilling goofy guys whose girlfriends and wifes have ankles as big as Kimo Von Olhoffens.

Bengal fans: funny looking, striped, "who deying" kinda football challenged fans who live in a very boring city who have absolutely nothing else to look forward too.

Steeler fans: relatively savvy, arrogant fans who I really think are a racially biased (since they don't support the realtively black Pirates but do support the relatively white Steelers and the lily white Penguins, by the way no offense intended) but whose football team, in reality, aint won nothing other than the relatively weak AFC north, for 25 years.

Ravens fans: who cares.

Saw several fights but nothing like a Raiders game. I went to one in the LA coliseum years back (actually against the Browns) and saw one in Oakland. Those fans are wacko. Unlike the 49's wine and brie crowd.

Tribute to Troy
Fight On
The following is a pathetic excerpt from the Trojan's website. I will die happy if I never have to hear any of these songs ever again. At the 2005 Rose Bowl, it seemed as if the the USC band were really bad contestants in a first round tryout for American Idol.

Usually played after first downs and touchdowns, the music for USC's fight song, "Fight On," was composed in 1922 by USC dental student Milo Sweet (with lyrics by Sweet and Glen Grant) as an entry in a Trojan spirit contest.

The words and music to USC's alma mater, "All Hail," were composed in the early 1920s by Al Wesson, Troy's longtime sports information director. He wrote the song as a student member of the Trojan Marching Band for the finale of a 1923 campus show.

Another famous USC song is the regal processional march, "Conquest," by Alfred Newman. It is usually played after every USC score and victory. "Tribute To Troy," the incessant stanza of pounding drums and blaring horns, is played after every defensive stop. "Fanfare" is the introduction to "Tribute To Troy" and is played when the band takes the field. "All Right Now" is played after USC gets a turnover. "Another One Bites the Dust" is played after USC gets a sack. The "William Tell Overture" is played at the start of the fourth quarter. "The Emperor's Theme" from Star Wars is played when USC is flagged for a major penalty.

Scotty, the following cartoons are presented in honor of your coloring book style posts over the last year:
