I'm not really sure on that one but my logic would be who you think wins the game...if you feel Seattle is going to win then maybe the over and it should be close to the total...but if Wash wins I would tend to think the under...I just don't think Wash can out score Seattle and for Wash to win they will need to hold Seattle's offense from scoring...so I would tend to think the under...the rain could play some factor in the scoring too
