I dont tease but if I did I would tease down to an Over 23'. In fact, I think the Over 30 will get there. Chicago will score 13-14 of their own and I think the Panthers not only want to move on in the dance but want to evenge the 13-3 loss earlier in the year with at least 20-24 of thier own.
Just my $0.02. If you dont mind another thought, IMO, teasers were implemented to steal form you...PERIOD. You are giving money away, pick your winner is hard enough but when you start teasing up or pulling down you are asking for trouble over the long haul. In addition, teasing around the HORN is also a NO NO ......ie Bears -2' to bears +3'. YOU ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE going around the horn. I think the netter play when/if you tease is to bring 7-10 pt favorites down under a FG.

Not a big fan of teasers, but when I do, i just tease - 6.5's or 7's down to 1/2 or 1. And, I go with MVP where they are vig free. Anyway, I would do the over 23.5, perhaps catch a D touchdown. Plus the upside of 23.5 is more mathmatically. GL with it.
