Not making fun, just think that your DENVER BANDWAGON has something to do with you BEGGING for someone beat the BAD GUYS that cost you money.

Anyways, Denver played like CHIT against NE, and no matter what YOU think, that won't cut it against ANYONE, from here on out.

PITT plays exceptional on the road, and beat EVERYONE'S odds on favorite to win the super bowl, in INDY.

These are no small feats. Plummer looked stymied in the NE game, after having an awesome year.

Carolina just finished up 3 road games, and week 16 WAS the same as a playoff game, (loser go home).

Carolina might just win 4 PLAYOFF games toreach the BOWL.

I think DEN might be a little easier to play at than INDY.

In 3 of DEN's 8 home wins, 2 were by 2 points, and 1 was by 3. (Howver, the SD game was impressive.)

Sorry that you thought I was making fun of your losing bet, I wasn't. I was pointing out that I thought your dislike for PITT was because they cost you money.

I wish for EVERYONE to WIN, WIN, WIN !!!

No hard feelings intended! Good luck on your plays in the upcoming week !! :thumb:

No hard feelings. In fact my wife is a HUGE (not in size, mind you :142hump: ) Steelers fan.

I am not pissed at Pitt for costing me $$$. Trust me if that was the case, I would hate every team in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, CBB, CFB, some damn PGA'ers & NASCAR drivers as well!!! :cursin:

I actually posted this @ 11 AM today, b4 Pitt beat Indy

Denver will win the AFC I am now convinced

In a thread about NE doubters. I was on Denver already no matter who won the Pitt/Indy game.

Anyways no biggie, & hey your Steelers played a heck of game today & they deserve to being in the AFC Championship. Congrats. :mj14:

GooD Luck next week to the Steelers!!! They will need it!!! ;)

Hey .....anyone can win from this point on. The favorites are favored for a reason. As soon as someone figures this out would you please let me know. I think that would be a huge advantage to all of us. Good luck to all !!!

I don't think Seattle can hold the Panthers to less than 20 points thinking of hedging taking Carolina and the over. That secondary is terrible for Seattle. Just a little worried that it was such a physical game they played yesterday that it may take a little out of them.

both dogs and both overs........history be damned......this is a new year......three or four road games in a row doen't make any difference here......it's for all the marbles

So. Cal
I think Carolina is the hottest team right now and even though NE gave the game to Denver, I dont know of a tougher stadium to play in. I will have to say Carolina and Denver in super bowl.

Sexlexia...
Why do so many people like the over in Denver?

Only 2 of Denver's home games have gone over 40 all season...Philli and NE, neither had a defense at the time and neither knew what "run the football" means!

Denver scored 27 this week, but ALL from short field (well, besides the last FG)...Pitts held Indi to 18 and confused Manning all day...
As much as I've 'admired' Jake this season, if he gets pressure in the pocket he will a) run, b) throw quick, think later.

Denver D held NE (definately equal to, if not better than Pittsburgh offense) to 13...hold teams to 12.6 at home all season.

And I don't care what the 'numbers' say, the Indi defense was definately in the bottom half at least...certainly wouldn't mention them in the same sentence (paragraph even!) as this Denver D.

Just my .02 worth. :mj14:

not an expert by any means and yes i am a homer, but how can anyone have confidence in Denver, they did not beat NE, NE beat NE, my old high school team could have scored a few times from inside the five the way NE was turning the ball over.....think the pittsburgh defense has an even bigger chip on thier shoulder now that NFL admits refs blew call that aided that colts...

imo, sports is a game of match-ups.....

i tend to agree with mr. c on the under.....most of denver's home games have gone under & i think most of pitt.'s games on the road have gone under....

i think you can pass on denver more than you can run on them.....i think n.e. has a better passing attack than pitts....so they matched up better than, imo pitt. will vs. denver.....i think you can also pass better on pitt. than run on them....i don't know about plummer or rothlisberger being able to win this game on their own.....

hope that made sense (lol)...
