A10 Play of the Day 1/17/06

One A10er tonight and it's a medium size play for me...

A10 conference record - 13-9

Charlotte +5.5

Charlotte is a much better team than they played durning the begining of the season...I think their #2 IN THE NATION defense will shut down the outside game of st. joes and pull this one out on the road...the fact that they are getting this many points on the road (which they have had a lot of success recently with wins @ dayton, lasalle, and rutgers) against a team with a losing record is a joke...

EDIT: One more thing to go along with the defense of charlotte...they will KILL st. joes on the boards with a margin of +10 or so...this will help them keep it close or win this outright...

Thanks for the write up about Charlotte. I'm considering making a play on them.

As for DePaul, I'm considering it, but am waiting to see if the line comes down as I think most will be betting on Marquette.

I'm a little worried about better charlotte now becuase everyone and their brother has posted it as a play...I think I posted it first and shouldn't be worried about my analysis, but the billy blastoff theory scares me on this now...do the oddsmakers know something I don't??

but I'm still sticking with my guns, Charlotte wins this outright...

while it may ruffle some feathers, youre absolutely right zebbers. jcaudi- if youre going to be posting a-10 plays, i would think you have a pretty good idea of whats going on w/in the conference. why wouldnt you trust your own eyes with what you know about the teams instead of mind-fu.cking yourself with worrying about the line? vegas can survive losing a few bucks on charlotte and st.joes on a tuesday night in mid-january
