After last nites Louisville loss think the Jaspers win this tonite in Poughkeepsie.Jaspers way to quick and are more athletic.Anderson and Dubois inside will cause matchup problems with Smith aad Stilphen.Not sure if I will be back tonite.Like Jaspers to outright.Wrong team favored.I had Jaspers at -3 so there is a 5 and half pt swing.Think by the end of the day the line goes down.
My bad on Louisville.They looked terrible and the Johnnies defense stopped them.Pushed with Iona and won on small plays with Kent,Charlotte and Marquette.

Manhattan plus over Foxes...****
Jaspers did lose lyr up here on the Hudson lyr by 9.But they already beat Marist by 90-79 back in Dec.
If you compare score Foxes last week beat Siena and Rider by 33 and 8.Jaspers played the same two last week and won by 6 and 3.
But this is about matchups.Jaspers have an outside shooter in Xavier.Wingate who had 33 pts vs the Foxes last month and Minor are little nats that play tough defense.CJ is avg 20 pts a game and will cause havoc in the paint.Mar's pt gd Jordan has to deal with the press everytime he brings the ball up.
Stop Whitington and his 3's is the key.MC's man/man I think slows him down.Unfortunalty every time I say that he hits 7 ..3's.
Like 1st place Manhattan to play like they did vs Iona 2 weeks ago.

Pitt - over Rutgers ***
Ru is coming off big rd win over a terrible DePaul team.Heads are swollen but soon to be bought back down to earth.RAC is a great place to play but Pitt is the wrong team.RU almost beat Nova but Pitt is too physical.They have beaten up RU the past 7 yrs.Walters has never beaten them.
Gray at 7'0 in the middle is tough to matchup against esp when all your scorers are gds.Kendall and Young inside are tough.Krauser is one of the best gds in the BE.Douby is the leading scorer in the BE avg 23 pts.But his partners are avg 9,9,8 and 4.Close game until 6 minuts left and Krauser then goes off.

Buffalo - over Ball St **
Akron - over C-Mich *
Fordham plus over UMass *
East Carolina - over Smoo **
ECU almost beat Memphis until the last 4 or 5 minuts.They are so hot and cold.But I think they get it done tonite.My son will be at the game.
Miami - over Clemson **
Canes gds dominate here.

San Diego St - over TCU **
Heath and Slaughter way to much for a weak Frog team.

I usual like any play taking Manhattan, BUT I have been on the side of 3 Marist dog wins recently so I think i might go with the trend and make a small play on maist, but cant argue with Manhattan

Hokie..a little of both.I watched the whole game.Cards really looked bad.Johnnies defense was pretty good.But w/o Dean they have no one to create a shot.Lawrence has really surprised me.It seemed UL was out od sync the whole 2nd half.
Poor job on my part though. Was '85 Mullin and co.lol

blgstock...Foxes have covered.I just like matchups.I was going to this game tonite.But my HS was playing and I wanted to see them.Then we had heavy rains here and at 3.30 today the other school had a leak in there gym.So they cancelled.To late now..But's its on my local TV...

S_Dooly...my son loves ECU.He's also in love with a NC girl...lol He loved the memphis game.Kept calling on cell phone.It's some campus.Lives in the Pirates Cove with about 2,000 other students. Eats at Bojangles for breakfast,lunch and supper.

I spent my last night of college at some girls place in Pirates Cove...woke up couldn't find my car (yeah had a couple)......finally found it drove home...ran inside and only had time to puke...then it was off to take my last exam of college with a pounding headache....sat down stared at the questions was like no way this is happening handed it in 15 mins later....that was pretty much a summary of my 4 years there....i'm going back down there i think next weekend for a little reunion tour to tear it up again
