Rare 10 unit play

Took a few days off to play on paper, things were getting stagnant and I was relying too much on models that tend to slip as we enter the mid conference tilts.....................think I'm ready to get back on track. No big write-up but just say that I have had this game circled for a couple of weeks. I was hoping Pitt would come into this game undefeated but it was not meant to be..still like this game a bunch and it fits all parameters of a model I use that has been successful this year (just haven't used it too much :cursin:

Playin Syracuse +4 (10 units)

No way the Orange lose 3 straight. Match-ups all point to the Cuse.....even if we don't get a big game from GMAC. Too many similarities with these teams. Difference will be perimeter shooting. Will put a couple of units on ML also, but want to see where the line goes.

Gentlemen, took a big hit tonight. The Orange looked complacent and worthless defensively. Too much standing around. This one hurt but will find a way to work it back. Hope noone took quite the hit I took. Ouch!

woody- shake it off man. had syracuse as well tonight and they simply didnt play their best ball tonight. whats most frustrating is that even though they had their "C" game tonight, there were still some chances to work their way back in it for a cover. but the cuse just had too many fundamental defensive breakdowns that they normally dont make. dont sweat this one too much. best of luck

I think a lot of us took this one on the chin. Didn't go large, however it still stings when a team puts in a half ass effort.

Tough loss to all on Cuse, somedays they show up to play some days they lose to Bucknell, either way we all know that Pitt is legit this year.

Thanks guys.....nothing worse than posting a big flop that wasn't even close. Even those times where the Cuse looked to get back in it, I didn't get my hopes up due to the continued mistakes made. I won't rant but that team doesn't deserve to be in this years tournie. Not even sure they deserve to be in the NIT.
