Does a sportsbook ( wont mention any names ) have a right to cancel a bet after the game is played.

Say for example, I played Seattle ML, Pittsburgh ML, and Pittsburgh to win superbowl parlay.

after seattle and pittsburgh wins, they say the bet shouldnt have took place and we have to viod it.

Also placed a bet on Denver and Carolina ml, and denver to win the super bowl, they said that bet was a " voided loss bet" and so the bet was voided, but because it lost, no money will be refunded.

So Cal
If I understand your hypothetical....the bet is a loser because one of the 3 legs of the parlay lost (car ml in div championship) its immaterial that the car to win superbowl bet is void.

In your original eg.....Sea ml, pit ml and pit to win sb....that should still be a valid bet, pending the result of the sb.

Make sense?

You are 100% CORRECT !!thats what pisses me off. either give me both bets back, or let me keep the pitt one open. You just cant say one is a voided loser, so you get nothing back, and one is a void. They wrote back to me and said it was an illegal bet do to the fact that I shouldnt play pittsburgh to win the s.b. and pittsburgh to win the game on the same ticket.
I said it wasnt my fault your site let me do it.

Doesnt matter I am goint to change books.
Sportsinteraction doesnt give out any type of bonus, and I have quickly came to find out, they do not care about you, just about the money they make!!

I know it wont matter, but they are licened by the gaming commission of kahnawake, so I am going to file a report with them. On their website, it has all the casinos and sportsbooks they license, and if you have any beef with any of them they have a report, but like I said, it wont matter any way.

They shouldn't have taken the bet and should pay you out on what the Seattle ML and Pitt ML would have paid without the Pittsburgh SuperBowl portion.

SIA is the only book that's ever taken money from me (Double-charged a deposit - and wouldn't credit my account or return the money) that's still in business.

in regard to your situation, total BULL if that is the case...if you lose they take your money, and if you have a chance to win, they just laugh at you and give you your money back . awful...i was outraged by this and emailed them thru their website and sent them the link...please keep me updated..im very angry for you

It was 1998 and before I found Jack's place or anyone else. They kept stringing it along and when I disputed it with Visa (Remember CC deposits?) it had been too long. I've chalked it up as a gambling loss long ago.

I've come to grips with it only in the fact that the way that I used to bet back then was to get my entire account in action. I would have given it to them at some point, anyway. They may have new ownership as I know they've moved their location.
