been using dvd shrink 3.2 for awhile, and works great. every once in a while a new movie wont work. the program goes into a redundancy mode and kicks the movie out.

I have had ZERO problems with DVD Shrink 3.2. I also use dvd decrypter and you can still get it. E-mail me if you want to know where to get it. Very easy to use.

I use Verbatim DVD's and they work great. Every single one burns perfectly.

How is the process? Decode first, shrink second and backup third?
I can't get my system to work. GL

shrink first with dvd shrink

first you have to 'open disk' to generate 'preview'
second, most movies and extras are WAY above the 4.7 GB on blank dvd's
so, hit 'reauthor'
drag what you want to the left side of the dvd shrink screen, usually Title 1`

then you can toggle the black arrows to the start of the movie and move from the back to end, eliminating the credits.
This should bring you within 4.7 GB for most dvd's
third, check your 'compression settings' the higher the better. I burn 85 or above.
fourth. Get rid of the diffrenent languages this will free up compression strength, you only need one english box checked

now hit 'back up disc' tab and away you go.
You will have had to save to a destination file to save to.
Once saved, usually around 45 min for 90 min movie, you can rip file to dvd. I use roxio dvd burner.

If you are burning a 'new' dvd and 'copyright protected' appears, respond to this email and we can talk one on one, this goes for anyone, b/c I will have to walk you through those steps.

good luck
