In the end Moody may not be a Top 50 back. He has serious issues. And while USC didnt get Goodson they should be glad....and with what has happened with him lately Carroll should be ashamed for even trying to recruit him.

I will also say that I think Rivals rankings are generally much more solid generally than Scout.

It has been kept a little quiet though rumors floating around. He was possibly going to recommit to Okie State about two weeks ago. On his visit he apparently was quite vocal and demonstrative in trying to seduce his female recruiting escort - one rumor is he flashed what he has, another rumor is it was physical, but stronger rumors are just verbal. Anyway, Gundy calls him in and and tells him it is inappropriate conduct, Goodson cusses him out, and Goodson gets sent home immediately with offer revoked.

Of course stuff like this never impedes Texas AM. Goodson called Texas and Mack told him "not interested." When was all said and done only two scholls - AM and USC - continued recruiting the guy.

There is a problem with our hat bet. I just noticed from the link scout took GABLE off their RB list. (that is BULL$HIT) Gable committed to USC last week and SCOUT had him the #6 rated RB when we made our wager. After he publicly commits (i knew he was a silent) scout took him off the RB list and made him a safety. That is not right. You can move him down the list like they did Moody but not take him OFF the list. When we made the bet, I even mentioned GABLE at RB.

I also unfortunately just noticed Moody dropped from #10 to #12. That is valid and went in your favor. Sucks for me but those are the breaks we agreed too. Otherwise my bet be a lock which I originally thought. :mj07:

You have a decision to make. Moody dropping to #12 is valid because we agreed to go by scouts final top 10 not current top 10. But I am not going to allow scout to take away Gable being the #6 rated RB completely off their RB list.

Let me know if you want to keep the wager ON but Gable MUST be considered a top 10 RB between you and me.

JUST AN FYI, USC can still land 3 of the top 10 RB's without MOODY being ranked in the top 10.

USC is after Johnson (who is silent verbal) and SPILLER. Daily News said Spiller was a commit but that might be BOGUS. Moody being currently ranked #12 disqualifies him unless he gets back in the top 10 which is still possible.

Do you accept these changes to our wager or do you want to completely cancel the bet? I'll let you decide either way and I will honor either request. I need you to publicly make a statement.

All in all, USC prob. will get 5 of the nations top 20 RB's!

If I was going to welch on the bet, I would bring this up AFTER signing day to cover my a$$ and get out of it. Why would I bring it up before signing day?

I have a good argument. YOU CAN'T TAKE OFF A RB FROM THE RB LIST and change his position AFTER he commits to USC. That is bogus. Moving a RB up and down is fine. For example Moody went in Judge's favor which we agreed. But you can't take off a RB from the list. That is bull$hit.

I think JUDGE would agree. I will allow Judge to keep the BET or CANCEL the bet. It is his decision. I will honor his decision either way but GABLE must be rated top 10 RB in the country which he is.

This bet is between JUDGE and ME and IMO I bring up a valid argument. GABLE cannot be placed ON THE RB LIST to then OFF THE RB LIST. That is BOGUS! When we made our wager, I mentioned GABLE as one of the 3. Moody going from 10 to 12 is valid. Gable switching positions isn't.

Basically the bet is Spiller or anyone else coming to USC and Williams is supposed to be having second thoughts about coming to LSU. Moody easily could get back in the top 10. Its all up in the air. It is a fun bet but I will not lose it because Scout takes one of USC verbals and switches positions. That is bogus. Best part of all is I even mentioned Gable at RB when we made the bet. I agreed to final rankings of scout and Moody going from #10 to #12 is valid. But I did not agree to taking a RB who was ON THE LIST and switching him to another position AFTER he commits to USC. That is bogus. USC already has 2 of the nations top safeties in the bag. Gable would be the 3rd. Gable will get shot at RB and DB. USC is not even looking at him as a safety. USC told him RB or DB. When we made the wager, Gable was listed as the #6 RB in the country. Why the hell would Scout suddenly take him off the list AFTER he verbals to USC? If he verballed to another school, he would stay at RB? That is bogus and I will not allow that. Moody going from #10 to #12 is ok. Gable situation I will not allow. I hope Judge agrees with me and sees my argument.

I am a very competitive person and I don't like losing. To me it is about winning or losing the wager. Paying up is not an issue. It was a fun and unique wager. A wager that IMO I had a 90% in winning (if Moody did not get dropped). I also felt USC had a 30% chance in landing 4 of the top 10 RB's. I would like to keep the wager but it is up to Judge. It will make Signing Day interesting. Judge needs to reply soon because Stafon Johnson is going to announce tom. (friday) Judge can't wait to decide AFTER Johnson gives his school of choice. If Johnson goes to UGA then I will lose the wager. If Johnson goes to USC, I am still in it. But I want Jude to decide before Johnson makes his verbal.

link to Spiller verbal. Spiller and his parents say it was untrue and that the writer mixed up the names with CJ GABLE. But Gable publicly verbaled last week.
