Duke vs Florida St

When I saw this line Florida St +16.5 I felt
that was way too many points.

Florida St played BC and lost by 3 which Duke just beat them in a close game.

Florida St has hung in there with Miami going to Overtime, and losing to North Carolina.

Florida St can score on short jumpers and they shoot 3s pretty well.

They are also good free throw shooters.

Rebounding is dissapointing, but you cant have everything. And thats why Florida St has lost 5 games so far.

Florida St has taken care of alot of teams by 20 points or more. Duke may be content to just win and not work too hard. Duke got big game coming up next week.

No chance to beat Duke but my gut says Florida St will cover the 16.5 easily .

It seems simple enough.

Also, might be looking ahead a bit to the UNC game Tuesday. I don't think this will play much of a factor because they are well coached and have veteran players but it may let FSU get a decent start that makes the cover.

I think if anything, this may play a factor in UNC's game with Clemson. They are also are well coached but they are a younger team and this may be in their heads more, especially after a big win on the road agains MD on Wednesday.

I too like FSU +16.5 and Clemson +9, probably Clemson a bit more.

well I decided to hold off this play and just watch.

I won on Duke at BC played the ml. Trying to get into baskets now
that football is over. I like to focus on Duke games and the ACC.

This game should help me next week on the north carolina game.

I see vol is on Mich , so not feeling good about Iowa. Expecially after that early NBA slam bammer memphis last week.

Game had to be played at the +16.5 for me to play.

One thing to mention. I understand the intentional foul called. How does the guy then get a technical foul (double T) when Shelden Williams gives him a forearm and gets in his face???

The guy fouls out and, strangely enough, Williams plays about 15 more minutes with 4 fouls.

Nice flail by Redick to get 2 crucial FT's in OT before his big "3".

Tell you what..... Duke letting Florida St score 50 points in the paint is not going to be good in NCAA tournament time.

Thornton is 6'8 and he was dominating inside.

I know Williams was in foul trouble but FS was in there all day. Duke seems to not have athletic defenders who can jump.

Easy game to call.

I am getting the feel for Duke basketball now.

you are an idiot. ever thought about mentioning the charge on fsu at the end that wasn't called. or the elbow to docks face on offensive rebound. the reason fsu didn't go to the line is they didn't have to shoot anything but layups because duke didn't pretend to play defense. you are giving jesus a bad name with your constant whining.

Maybe you should consider betting with Duke instead of against them. Then you would catch all the breaks.

Glad you won on it Box.

I just watched it for tendancies. Duke only plays about 6 or 7 players deep. That could hurt also.
They did give Mike Johnson some senior minutes though.

I wish I had pounded it too but I have just started capping NCAA baskets.

There will be other games to win the cash.
