game is tonite at the meadowlands.I love the line here.I have it at 5 or 6 pts off.I'll be bacl later to breakdown down game.Have capped the last 3 nites on these sat games.

Jaspers have Iona on there backs.Jaspers defense alone should stop a weak off. team despite playing upstate.

Iona - over Fairfield **
Iona scores 100 over Loy Md this week.Fairfield and Loy are the 2 worst defenses in conf.

St Peter plus over Loy Md **
Loy cannot stop anyone.Collins and Clark battle today.But Peters is the hotest team in the MAAC.They win this outright.Wrong team favored.

Marist - over Niagara *
Foxes are one of the hotest teams also but..how do you figure NU.Lost there top player and go out and win 3 of next 4.Small play here.Foxes 7'0 Smith has finally awoken and scored 20 pts in back/back games.

Nova - over Depaul **
DePaul numbers don't impress me.Nova hits them today with those 3's.

Duke - over MD **
Riddick,Riddick,etc

Drexal - over Del **
Nana is by himself.Drex can win this by 10 on the rd.

Tenn - over Geo ***
love this team.Geo has 5 or 6 guys that can hit from all over.But Tenn is playing on all cylinders.I;m not getting off the Vol train..

J Madison plus over W& Mary **
Like this dog to win this.Basement dwellers of CAA.But JMU wins this one.

Also like VCU - over ODU and Hofstra - over Northeastern * each

Tigers slowly are getting there game back.

Penn - over Harvard ***
strong play.Penn wins this by 10.

George Washington - over St Joes ****
GW is rated in top 10.They are not overated.Team is dominate.Joes will play with them for 30 minuts.They Pinnock,Pops etc take over.National TV,exposure,.Colonials bring there "A" game to Philly today.

WKU - over North Texas ***

Wake has lost only 2 non conference games in Joel Coliseum (one this year to DePaul) I really see Wake coming out with a good game today. I think Williams AND Gray will be sharp.
I'm putting a small play on WF even though they have stunk it up lately.

Hall after NC St upset has now won 5 in a row.But they played and just squeezed by So Fl by 5,Rutgers 6,Prov 3 and Cuse 6.Last time I checked those are the bottom teams in the BE.Not taking anything away from Halls wins but...besides NC St they played 3 good teams.Marquette they lost at home to by 4,Nova by 9 and Duke by 53.UConn is in the Duke family.
Hall's gds Copeland and Nutter will not be able to do what they have been doing in there last 5 games.Bill and Whitney inside are no match for the Huskies front line.Plus Copeland Halls best player has back problems.He is starting but if Huskies get out in front Orr will not waste him with WV coming in a few days.Rebounding and off. bds will be controlled by Conn.Orr has inserted 7'0 Billmeir in this 5 game win streak.He takes space,has a little one step move,no mobility,runs stiff,etc.Hilton will eat him tonite..or Boone or Gay.And speaking of Gay.He's out of the closet now and on fire.This is a matchup problm for Hall.Who gds him.
Conn wins this by double digits.Defense,size,athletic,speed,shooters,rebounders,rejecters,etc,etc
Just hope the snow doesn't fall.Strong play...Conn is 7-2 ats away..SH 5-5

WKU - over North Texas ****
NT has lost 4 of last 5.Lost a few home games by a couple of pts.It's street ball.Everyone chucks from anywhere.Sturns there 2nd leading scorer has been thrown off the team.You guessed it.He won't pass the "rock' or play defense.NT is athletic,has 5 greyhounds that can outrun and outjump any team in the Sun Conf.But they have no discipline...WKU at home other then the 4 pt win over Ark-LR has beaten Laf,Ark St,NO,and MTenn by 15,13,24 and 32.The Lee and winchester show wins this easy.

Princeton - over Dartmouth. **
Tigers in Feb are 3-0.Beat Yale and Brown by 17 and 15.Last nite beat Harvard by 1.

Mole..I do capp with "look ahead games".And many times teams do that.But good coaches really work on that.Calhoun if he loses tonite won't be because his team is thinking of Nova and WV.I think that is sometimes overated but it happens.As a coach there were many times I was playing a big game on friday and tues nite had a weak team.We didn't play well vs that weak team because the kids are looking ahead.But sometimes I found when we played sloppy teams we played down to there level.

NT-WKU update
NT's top scorer K.Davis hurt his wrist in the Mid Tenn game and was taken out.He did come back in with a few minuts left.Think he scored only 9 pts in the game.So he is playing but not 100%.
