Walters has no bodies left.Webb who is 6'5 must play out of position.He played the pt vs ND.Rutgers offense other then Douby is questionable.Plus RU is coming off a ND blowout 90-67.Walters is rumored to fired.So you finally need a huge RAC crowd today and you get 10 inches of snow.
Marq who is 6-4 in the BE and in the upper echeloen[sp] is talented.These guys have 5 players that can stick the 3 from anywhere.Novak plays inside and outside.James is the frosh BE player of the Yr.A waterbug,windshieldwiper,penetrating gd that is a coaches dream.He sets everyone up.Mathews is back and he is solid.They have size,depth and Crean is a defensive coach.They contest the open shots.They lost to Pitt and nova by 5 and 6 pts.
Walters already said he has to play zone today because of his injuries.Well Eagles will love that.Novak has hit 83-180 at 46%.The team shoots over 40% from there.
Golden E's win this by double digits on the road.
Cuse - over Johnnies *
Small play here because both teams are in a turmoil.Cuse plays soft,can't play any defense.There team is all predicated on GMac and how he will play.Both teams are fighting to get to NYC for the tourney.Johnnies are bad.They have lost 5 in a row[ats also]Are coming off a blowout by the Hoyas.I loved what the Hoyas fans were yelling during the Johnnies FT's attemps as they missed..."funda-mental..fund-a-mental".
Johnnies 2 gds are quick and play great defense.But no one can shoot.Cuse plays that 2-3 zone.Hill theretop scorer shoots 29% from the 3.Jimmy Boe the past yrs has packed his zone vs Johnnies.He's won 83-67,79-65 and 66-60.Johnnies play great defense.Low scoring game and Cuse wins by 5 or 6.Unless Gmac wakes up in the Garden.Mcrosky has been reinstated and will play.
Siena plus vs Rider *
Crazy MAAC again.Iona rolls big,Peter fails in Md and Marist gets beat.Siena is 8-2 away ats but Rider at home has been beating everyone.
One strong play..Marquette will score from row 3 if Rutgers has to play zone...
