A lot of the books have them. BoDog does but you can't put them in parlays if you wanted to. Pinnacle has them and I have since switched to using them since they let you do whatever you want with the teams.

I used to use ABC Islands, which has the best interface and odds by far, but I had to find a new one for other reasons...
