I agree with any bashing of Teddy, and I also don't understand how he gets votes. Even without that Mary Jo stuff, he's an embarrassment, a drunk, and a guy without honor. He's definitely one of the big reasons the democrats can't get much going in a positive way.

I don't know everyone, but aren't there some versions of Byrd on the right in congress as well? I'd be willing to sacrifice Byrd - he's another carreer politician who seems to have lost touch. Doesn't seem flat out 'evil' like Teddy, but still.
