My numbers haven't been that good but I thought it might be interesting to work up games for whoever wants them. It might get me to look at some games i otherwise wouldn't. Maybe we can come up with a couple winners for tomorrow.

Please don't take this as me being arrogant or cocky. My girl is at bachlorette party and I'm bored.

Fire away

i know this is clems thread but just a comment on the UB game. the outcome depends on Reggies (ub coach) desire to get into the NIT. Due to the NIT rule change(conference winners automatic bid no matter how they do in conference tourny, teams with losing records allowed) theres a pretty good chance Buffalo has no shot to get in.

Its very possible they don't play all their starters their full minutes and keep em healthy and rested for a surge into the MAC tourny. Buffalo is not very deep and Reggie may see this as an oppurtunity to rest his players and give his freshamn some much needed experience since the outcome of the game does not affect their seeding in the MAC tourny. Parnell Smith a PF with an ailing injury is a huge part of this team, he hits alot of big shots and is a more athletic post presence then ibidhi. Buffalo's seasons gone downhill since his injury. If reggie sits him which I think he will Buffalo could get killed. If Reggie thinks this might be the difference between an NIT bid then I think UB covers and maybe wins. Its a tough decision to make. I'm going to listen to the pregame tomorrow morning and find out which players are in and which are out and will most likely make a wager 5-10 minutes before tipoff. will try and post it here if im at a computer.

Im seeing 6's and 7's for the Iona game. I think they win by 3 or 4 so the line is too tight for me. Iona has the better backcourt imo and the frontcourts are even. Iona with an edge in depth and experience.

I do like Bama at home. I wont play them because Sec is not my area. I think they are 6 better here

GW has been a tough team to gauge this year...opened up an 11 point favorite on the road against Richmond.

Thoughts? :mj03:

LOL I set this line at 11 Gw has edges in all areas some considerable. Richmond at home is always a bad place to lay dd's though.

No play

GW

GW

Although GW won by 25 at home the last time they played the Spiders, they have lost their last 5 trips to the Robins Center.

Something tells me that streak gets broken in a big way on Saturday night. After shooting 35% from the field and 54% from the line in their most recent game, I'm looking for a much better performance this time out by GW.

Still, this may be a pass for me.

Xavier-Duquense

Xavier-Duquense

Notice I'm picking the best games on the board...

Anyway, this line opened at X-22. I know Duquense is pathetic, but Xavier will be playing without Brian Thornton. He is their leading scorer, rebounder and shot blocker.

Seems like a lot of points to lay here.

Based on my numbers I made xavier 19 point choice.

Staggering edges upfront stronger in the backcout. Deeper. this is a lot of wood. I wont lay it but they are capable

I don't usually give advice on other threads but Florida +1.5 at Arkansas is outstanding value.

Florida

This was the last game I was going to ask Clem about tonight. I like Florida here. They shoot lights out and I think they have the Razorbacks' number right now.

Arkansas lost against the other ranked opponents they played this year. The lost to UCONN (#3 at the time) 77-68 and they lost to Maryland (#23), 75-62.

Go Gators.

Clem, I really respect your capping.

Just wanted to get your early take on a couple Big 12 games tomorrow to see if we line up in thinking.

What do you think about these two:

Colorado at K. St.
Texas Tech at Nebraska

Thanks.
