Bucknell +7 on hook

Bucknell will be pumped for this game and being on national tv they will show the nation why the experts brought them in the top 25. If they dont win they keep it close from start to finish. I know they had a cup cake schedule in their conference, but they played a tough non conference schedule with two of their three loses being to duke and villanova. The third being at santa clara where national champion UNC lost at last year.

Kentucky +4

Tubby has went back to the basics and is letting the team know no starting position is gauranteed. They will play a tight defensive game and win out right. Watch for Sparks to be effective from three and Morris downlow to have a nice game. This is must win for them and will get it done. I am taking the points because there is not a lot of value in the ml.

Alabama +1


Alabama has an advantage by being the only team that has seen Bruce Pearl basketball. They beat Alabama when he was with Wisc Mil last year in the tourney. Alabama players have a had bad taste as they lit the perimeter up. I know they lost two players from last year, but Davidson, Felix, Brock, and Steele all remember well. In the last few games they have gaurded the perimeter alot better and know what to expect from Tennessee as they have lit it up. Many teams seem to forget the top 15 preseason ranking as they played a tough non conference schedule and fell out. Then losing Chuck Davis, everyone suspected the season was over. Not now, they have played their best basketball since. Tennessee has no one to match up with Hendrix and Davidson. Expect a big game from Davidson, Felix, and Steele. Alabama at home in front of its first sell out of the season gets it done.

Nice start to the day with Bucknell but they should have won if the refs didnt give it away. Oh well it was $$$$.
