Kansas St. -0 (Col)
---- K. St. is very good at home (12-2), Colorado isn't very good on the road (4-4). Public is ALL OVER Colorado right now (more than 3-1 going their way), which gives me an added dose of confidence. K. St. lost a close one in Boulder last month, today they come away with a victory. Will be betting twice my normal "unit" on this game.
Kansas -17 (Miz) ----- KU -9.5, 1st half
---- On campus all week there has been talk about revenge. Many KU players have been talking about it as well, notably Brandon Rush. These guys are going to come out and play very hard and look to bury Mizzou early. Gardner absolutely caught fire in the last game, and he is going to have to be shooting out of his mind again to keep this one close.
Baylor +5.5 (TAMU)
--- Public is over 90% on TAMU right now, so if you wait until right before tip-off (a luxury I will not have, because it is 5:00 a.m. and I still haven't fallen asleep) you will get a better number than this. Baylor has actually been respectable at home this year, they are 2-3, all of which, of course, were Big 12 games. They are not as bad as everyone thinks, and there talent level isn't too far off of TAMU's... I think Baylor will have the best player on the court (Bruce).
Iowa St. +10.5 (@Okl.)
--- Everytime I think I am out, they pull me back in. Translation: everytime I swear to never bet on ISU again, I do. I have no reasoning here, except to say that ISU needs this game desperately. If they lose, there tournaments hopes are D-U-N, done. That motivation should be enough to thwart a blowout. What the hell do I know.
Texas Tech +4.5 (@Neb.)
--- Texas Tech had a good week. These are two teams that aren't very talented and that play scrappy. Should lead to a low scoring, nip-and-tuck game. For those that follow Clem on this site, his numbers had TT as an outright winner, which is good enough for me.
Poor money management was finally good to me a couple days ago, as I my bankroll grew by 30% in the NBA :scared . As such, here are some other games that I decided to play, all small... not going to write anything up on these, just wanted the action.
Arkansas -1 (Fla.)
Minnesota +2 (Iowa)
Seton Hall -1.5 (ND)
Kent St. -4.5 (But.)
Bucknell +6.5 (@NI)
GL fellas. Lot of basketball to watch tomorrow, should be a fun day.
