I guess I will pose the same question to you as I did Mike.... Why take them at +1 (-110) as opposed to a ML play with no juice or even +105??? Seems very unlikely that they would lose by exactly 1 point...giving you the push. Maybe I'm crazy, but doesn't it seem more likely that they will either win outright or lose by more than 1 point??? If so, is laying the extra juice justified on the rare occasion (or maybe not so rare) of a 1 point loss.... Thanks in advance for your thoughts....

when they do happen to lose by just one point you'll see why that +105 ML wasn't worth the extra 5%.

I completely understand, but I guess my question relates more to long term profitability.... Sure every once and again, there will be a 1 point loss and you would get the push, but over the long term, does that occasional push justify itself profitability wise?

thanks guys, appreciate it

I like EW tonight as they have been playing good ball at home lately and basically I really like the way the have played this month. Montana has lost 3 of L 4 on the road and I think EW can beat them here at home. I think they bounce back from the CSF game nicely here, or at least I hope they do

Good question Taoist.....Same situation as yesterday as I have UNCC + 1 and they won straight up. I cant give you an exact reason why I do it but I usually take the point, kinda feel the way grey mentioned. Too each their own though ,gl pal

It's the same chances that a team could win by 5 instead of 6. Would you usually buy the point or just take the 6. I myself never buy points.
